Notable Property Group is a boutique real estate agency based in Norwest, servicing the whole of Sydney. We specialise in project marketing, listing clients’ homes to get better than the average sale price and offering an end-to-end solution to investors. Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a sales executive to join our high-performing team.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Presenting properties and accompanying prospective buyers during property inspections.
- Promoting sales of properties through brochures, open houses, print and online listings.
- Prospecting new business through contacting previous clients and/or identifying potential clients
- Appraising properties, preparing contracts and documents, negotiating terms between buyers and sellers and facilitating settlements.
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, such as construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Developing networks of solicitors, lenders, and tradespeople to whom clients may be referred.
- Canvasing the database and cold calling

Qualifications & experience
- At least Certificate of Registration – Assistant Agent or Certificate IV in real estate
